History & Biography
The act was put together as early as 1995, but was not active beyond a couple of demos to start. Johansson put the act together with himself handling everything except drums after the demise of Terminal Grip. As Night Conquers Day and The Untold were early demos. Another demo appeared in 2005. The band issued a demo compilation called The Clockwise Charade through Ablaze Productions of Mexico in 2013. The act was Rogga Johansson, of course, with drummer Matthias Fiebig. Chapters was a very limited edition cassette in 2019. Pain Eraser was an EP in the same year.

For Night Terrors, Johansson switched to Xtreem where he was signed for multiple acts. Collection Of Past Remains was another compilation. This one was released in 2021. Sweden-based Dead Sun would release a 2023 full-length, which was entitled Soul Diseased, through Xtreem Music in February. It was mixed and mastered by Håkan Stuvemark (Wombbath) with cover art by Felipe Mora.

Dead Sun was also the name of a Nightmare album from 2016.
