History & Biography
The act began its existence as a Death SS covers’ band and was called Deathless between 2006 and 2013. The founders were singer Steva (Eleonora Vaiana) and drummer Frater Orion (Andrea Falaschi). The act presents a synthesised horror sound and image.

The band was in conflict with the other Deathless acts out there and changed its name in 2013. The end of 2013 brought the group’s debut record. The band switched to Scarlet for its second album. This was supported through a video for the song Wolfgirl. Deathless Legacy won the Italian Wacken Metal Battle in 2015 and appeared indoors at the festival. Deathless Legacy had a concept CD and DVD called Saturnalia in 2020. The track was almost 25 minutes long.

Mater Larvarum featured new members, Nicola D'Alessio and dancer Revyla Zirael. Deathless legacy was booked for Female Metal League Festival 2022. The act was part of 70000tons Of Metal in 2023. Metallian magazine of France was a sponsor and Deathless Legacy used Metallian Productions as a booking agency. The band was also booked for Goat Hell Metal Fest 2023. Following the release of the Mater Larvarum gold marbled vinyl, Deathless Legacy had a video for the song Absolution. Dancer The Red Witch had rejoined. The group appeared at Mennecy Metal Fest and Metal Babes & Queens before entering the studio to record in 2024. Deathless Legacy released an album, called Damnatio Aeterna, through Scarlet Records on 07.03.2025. “On the occasion of the 2025 Catholic Church's Jubilee, Damnatio Aeterna will be a concept album featuring a story with strong anticlerical and satanic connotations. It is a satirical tale in which a demon named Malchrum is tasked with an infernal mission to drag to hell the souls of certain high-ranking prelates during the Jubilee year of 1886.”
