History & Biography This act was founded in 2009 and released a demo called Man's Ruin in 2012. It was only in 2016 that the band conducted a regional trek with Crowbar. Another demo was 2017's Volition. Singer Donnie Lariviere, bassist Kevin Adams and guitarist Jimmy Cossette left and operated Project Mayhem.
USA-based metalcore act Death Rattle had a video for a song called Immersed In Black. It came in advance of an album through M-Theory Audio in the spring. The video conveniently zoomed in on the musician's tats in order to establish cred. The band was touring the USA with Ashes Of The Priest (a Lamb Of God tribute band), heading to Japan to open for Left To Die (A Death tribute band), The Convalescence and Defiled and Europe to open for Gorgoroth, Aeternus and Archaic. A subsequent announcement had the album as slated for the summer. Atheist announced it was joining the anniversary hordes and touring Europe on the occasion of the 35th birthday of its debut, Piece Of Time. It was a year behind schedule. Death Rattle, Gorgatron, Infested Angel and Intrepid were the openers in 2025.
A death rattle is the sound of heavy breathing that sometimes occurs when someone is near death. It is due to the accumulation of saliva in the throat.
