History & Biography
Pigeonholed under the so-called atmospheric metal category, Decoryah disappeared after their only Metal Blade full length and the Breathing The Blue EP of 1997 - despite a seven record contract. They were in fact formed in 1989 and released a known demo called Whispers from The Depth in 1992. The Swiss Witchhunt signed the band after hearing the Cosmos Silence demo and released a 7" called Ebonies before the Wisdom Floats LP. Wisdom Floats was also licensed by Metal Blade for the US territory. Decoryah didn't play live.
