History & Biography
Called Radtskaffen for four years, the band changed its name (minus its drummer) in 2018 and issued a demo called Ghoul. Ben and Bjørn were school-mates. When they wanted a more extreme sound, and the drummer did not, the two initiated the Knark Kalas side-project. They soon decided to continue on with a new band, when Aria was recruited, bringing along their project’s drummer as well. The band opened for Red Warszawa in Denmark. The band conducted a mini-tour of Russia in 2019. Many concerts were cancelled in 2020. Mighty Music signed the band and out came Thrashmageddon in 2020. More concerts, including Viborg Metal Festival, ensued in 2022.

Denmark-based thrash metal group Demolizer was releasing its Post Necrotic Human album through Mighty Music in July. The album was self-produced. The band also recorded and released the Upgrade EP, which was another self-cover version release, this time of its Ghoul release of only three years prior.

Post Necrotic Human was out in 2023. Plague Studio was the group’s own. The line-up had remained constant. The act was booked for Odense Metalfest 2023. The band was part of the Metalized tour with Artillery, Manticora and Exelerate in 2024.

The band’s mascot is named Gary The Ghoul.
