History & Biography Candlelight Records signed Demon Lung in 2013. The Las Vegas-based quartet, featuring guitarist Phil Burns, bassist Patrick Warren, drummer Jeremy Brenton, and singer Shanda Fredrick, was scheduled to begin recording of its full-length debut at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland, California with producer Billy Anderson (Sleep, High On Fire, Eyehategod, etc.). It was due in the spring of 2013. The band was formed in 2011 and had a demo called Pareidolia in 2012.
Candlelight Records announced June 16th 2015 as the release date for A Dracula, the second full-length album from Las Vegas-based doom metal band Demon Lung. Sage Adams became the bassist next. Brent Lynch also joined on guitar. The band appeared at the Northwest Terror Fest in 2019 and became inactive.
