History & Biography
Denial Of God was an extreme black metal band from Denmark with a reputation for a mad live show. The band was formed in 1991 - at this time featuring drummer Uksel - to espouse metal, Satan and horror and soon issued the Oscularium Infame demo in June of 1992 and The Dawn Of Aemizaez demo in October, 1993. The act had appeared on stage in 1992. Two known EPs are The Statues Are Watching and The Ghouls Of Dog the former on Maggot Records and the latter on Dark Trinity in 1996. The band sounded like it employed a drum machine. The group gigged again.

The band went into a hiatus, but an EP called Klabautermanden came out in 1999, It contained a self-cover version called Dethrone The Tyrant-God! from the band's Oscularium Infame demo. The Crypt Has Eyes came out in 2000 and Robbing the Grave Of the Priest was issued in 2001. There was a lull in activity here as the band lost its instruments and rehearsal space. To make matters worse, the members are spread across Denmark and the logistics are difficult. 2004 brought news of an album called The Horrors Of Satan on Painkiller Records, although the band soon lost contact with the label. It did finally appear in 2006. Female bassist Isaz, in the meantime, left the band in 2005 after losing interest in the band. She had joined in 1997.

Incubus was a 2009 single. The Red Terror was a 2011 EP. A sophomore full-length was released in 2012. Death And The Beyond was the title. Osmose Production was up next and released the 2019 EP, The Shapeless Mass. The Hallow Mass album followed on the same label. Drummer Galheim departed after fifteen years in the band in 2020. The act was a duo of the Azter and Ustumallagam brothers now.
