History & Biography
Disrupted began in 2012 and issued a demo called Heavy Death in 2014. Members had shared other bands before and would feature a former Katatonia member as of 2018. Singer Hanni and guitarist Thomas Liljekvist shared a hardcore band. The demo title set a precedent. Daniel Liljekvist (thomas’ brother) joined on drums in 2018. Johan Hjelm joined on bass in 2024. Sweden-based death metal group Disrupted released an album, entitled Striking Death, through Trust No One Recordings on January 24, 2025.
