History & Biography
Dodecahedron was active between 2011 and 2020 professing to something it deemed avant-garde progressive black metal. The band, however, had existed as Order Of The Source Below between 2006 and 2011. Industry-only tracks handed the band a deal with Season Of Mist’s Underground Activists imprint and out came the Dodecahedron album in 2012. M. Eikenaar died of cancer in 2019.

Back On Black had a reissue of Dodecahedron’s only two albums from 2012 and 2017 for 2024. The Netherlands-based group had disbanded and Dodecahedron//Kwintessens was available on CD now.
