Reviews DOGS 'N' BONES - DIRTY FUCKIN' LOUD - MY GRAVEYARD PRODUCTIONS
Dogs ”˜N’ Bones are not surprisingly influenced by the '80s, but perhaps surprisingly for this Italian quintet is that the affinity is more for the raunchy and the punkish as opposed to the melodic or power metal side of things. The name of the band, album title and cover art point to the said surprise. From Hard To Say No, the opener, and on Dirty Fuckin’ Loud sounds a lot like glam era bands but those with loud and thick riffs and not the ballad filled, virtually acoustic ones. Think Poison, add some muscle and a dose or two of punk and you have got Dogs 'N' Bones. In the right time and place these Italians can be a commercial success. - Anna Tergel
