History & Biography
Contempt became Drouth after two years of existence in 2014 Vast, Loathsome was the 2015 demo. Knives, Labyrinths, Mirrors was the 2017 demo. The band played at the Mid State Metal Fest in 2019. Translation Loss Records issued the debut album in 2020. The same label would also reissue the second demo for the band.

Black/death metal band Drouth’s newest full-length was called The Teeth Of Time. It was out through Eternal Warfare Records. The Teeth Of Time Tour 2025 with Nothingness was next. Toward Dead Temples was a split release between Drouth and Nixil in 2026. The band was booked for Sh'Bang!: A Festival Of Ideas in 2026. Drouth was planning to record a new album in March of 2027.
