The self-described movie metal band issued its album in March of 2013. It was a concept album about a scientist Daniel Antony.

Reviews

ECHOTIME - GENUINE - LOGIC(IL)LOGIC
Not a fan of keyboards and symphonic self-importance, but still have to give this band an above average rating. Again, Echotime is one of those Italian bands no one really knows much about here or anywhere, but the singer Alex Cangini is actually quite good. The rest of the band is not far behind him either. What a pun!
The drumming is absolute Dream Theater most of the time. The symphonic crap is so overdone and made even worse by the forced techno dance intermissions, but again these guys can play. The guitar tone on Show Your Faces On TV and Fragile Pantomime are Nevermore-like and really heavy. Pity the band is not consistent in that regard. This is partly due to the band’s tastes of course and partly because the disc is a concept one divided into four parts narrating the tale of protagonist and scientist Daniel Antony. Let’s see the band put its talents towards something consistently heavy next time. - Anna Tergel
