History & Biography
America’s Abyss Records issued Inevitable Decay from Swedish thrashers Entrench. The album was targeted for a late 2011 release with vinyl treatment coming from Sweden's Blood Harvest Records. Drummer Joel Gustafsson had left earlier in 2011 and was replaced by the man he had originally replaced, Holmström.

Entrench was formed at the end of 2005 by Fredrik Pellbrink, Hannes Lindkvist and Victor Holmström. Second guitarist Hannes Lindkvist was in the band for five years until 2010. The band was formed in 2005 and had issued the Untitled demo of 2006, Demo 2006, Into Oblivion, Trails Of Death and Demo ’09 which featured live recordings.

Entrench and Insane had a split in 2014. A new album emerged at the end of 2014. Victor Holmström died in 2014. Mats Blyckert replaced him. A third record was on a third label in 2017. The band split up here without anymore concerts or activities.
