History & Biography Picardy’s Existance was formed in 2008 and issued no-name and eponymous demos in 2010 and 2011 respectively. The band mainly played cover versions of the likes of Saxon and Thin Lizzy. Drummer Julien Marchant left in 2010. His successor, Laurent Louvrier, departed a year later. The band opened shows for the likes of Vulcain, Blaspheme, ADX and Killers. The second demo was re-issued by German label High Roller Records. French heavy metal band Existance would release its first full-length album, Steel Alive, on April 25th, 2014 through Mausoleum Records. French heavy metal band Existance had a 2016 album called Breaking The Rock. This album was released on October 15th through Black Viper Records. The end of 2021 brought an album called Wolf Attack through the same label. Géry Carbonnelle was on drums. 2022 saw the band supporting UDO in Europe. The band kept on playing across Europe and ended up uploading acoustic session videos in 2025.
