History & Biography This act was assembled in 2002 and issued a demo called Unexpected Plan in 2003. The members had arrived from Erum Furor, which had disappeared in 2001. There was a duo and a drum machine. This demo captured the band reacting to 9/11 and expressing racist intent. "We must kill this fucking race of shit," etc. The next demo came in 2007. Sickness Of Mankind was recorded in Bestial’s basement. He was half the duo of Bestial and Hate. The next demo was also made available after a four-year interval. Sudden Death was released in 2011. Flo Mounier of Cryptopsy was the guest drummer. The band announced a drummer called Blastphemy. Bestial became the singer for an act called Brutal Slam Death and the guitarist for Voodooistic Impalement in 2020. Louis Joseph was pronounced dead in 2020.
Canada-based death metal band Feast Of Corpses was back and had a lyric video for the song Au Bord De L’Extinction, which was taken from the Atshen: An Anthropophagus Affliction album, in 2025. It was available through Abominable Records. Dominic ''Forest'' Lapointe (ex-Beyond Creation and First Fragment) was on session bass.

This Sept Iles, Canada trio have been around playing since early in the decade, Sickness Of Mankind is its second release and is a follow-up to 2003’s Unexpected Plan. The guys recorded this in Bestial’s, one of the guitarists and vocalists, basement. The style is somewhat chaotic death metal. Feast Of Corpses plays a mostly speedy mishmash, but the sound is mainly a side-effect of the raw or cheap sound and production. Comparisons can perhaps be made to Broken Hope but Feast Of Corpses borrows a lot more from the myriad of death metal bands of the ‘90s, ones that utilized all of the slower and the faster, the technical and the less technical, and the growling and the screams in their music.
