History & Biography
North Carolina-based Final Sign was formed in 2013. Divebomb Records issued the debut album of the band, Hold High The Flame, in late 2015. It was a “blend of US power metal, thrash and old school heavy metal,” according to the label. The band reported that several of the riffs was written years earlier. Howard Baker left in 2015 and in came October 31's Jim Hunter after the band had drafted K-Octave's Cliff Stankiewicz for a while. The band opened for Aether Realm and Wilderun in 2019 and became dormant.

Brian and Shawn had worked together as early as 1999 in K-Octave. The band had a record on Hellion Records. They were briefly together in October 31 as well. Brian and Kevin were together in Obey Bizar.
