History & Biography
The follow-up group to Double Diamond was assembled by guitarist Suetens in 2008 and came up with a demo, called Moonlight Lady, in 2009. The first song was called Born To Play Metal. The act had already appeared at the Frontfest VII and Ages Of Metal Festival with Jaguar, Avenger and Cloven Hoof and played with Killer and Hellish War. The initial line-up was singer Flype, guitarist Erwin Suetens, bassist Metalpat and drummer TH Bulsara. Lead guitarist Joeri Brion would join them, but depart quickly. Steve Deleu (Double Diamond) would step in.

March On came three years later, but contained the demo tracks. The album's cover artwork featured a Viking motif reminiscent of old albums like Faithful Breath's Gold 'n' Glory. Tom Heijnin drummed here. He was a last-minute recruitment as the band had been without a drummer heading into the studio. Deathbringer was on Limb Music. Guitarist Yves Vermeersch and the rhythm section were new. They wouldn't last however. Apparently, singer Flype quit the band he was in for 10 years without notice. He simply posted it on Facebook one day in 2018 and surprised his band-mates. Thierry Van Der Zanden followed the singer. Nevertheless, next up were shows at Evil Or Die Fest and Antwerp Metal Fest both in 2018. The Iron Brigade was a 2019 EP of self-cover versions. Søren Nico Adamsen was on vocals now. Fireforce had conducted a mini-tour with Mystic Prophecy and Crystal Tears. The latter band's singer was Adamsen. R.D. Liapakis of Mystic Prophecy taped most of Fireforce's albums and also worked with Crystal Tears.

Christophe De Combe returned for the 2021 album. The band was a quartet now. There already was a new singer and his name was Matt Asselberghs. He also played the guitar. The act was invited to Thunder Metal Fest in 2023. Belgium-based heavy metal band Fireforce had a video called The Battle Of Ramadi. It was issued through ROAR in mid-2025.

The band likes to call its music 'combat metal.' Themes revolve around war and mythology.
