History & Biography
The band was formed by school--mates and called Skull between 1980 and 1984. The new monicker was supposedly inspired by a local motorcycle gang. The First Flight was the 1986 demo. The band was on a compilation called Break Out - German Metal Tracks No. 5 courtesy of D&S Recording. You Are My Fan No.1 was the 1988 demo. Roland's brother Wolfgang contributed some artwork. Koln-based speed metallers Flying Skull released two albums. Both albums were released in total darkness before the band had the revelation that it's a cruel scene out there and disappeared. Still, the band had opened for Holy Moses during this period.

The act returned in 2014 and issued the Sign Of The Brave demo. Really, it was only guitarist Roland Saager who was carrying the torch. Björn Geske had been the last vocalist pre-disbandment and was singing again. Ditto for guitarist Florian Saager (notice the surname). Another demo appeared a whole nine years later in 2023. It was called Obscurita. Kirsten Saager (notice the surname) was on bass and Fabian Arenz drummed. The band played a local gig in the summer of 2023. Among Traitors and Lost Sanity opened. The band threw in the towel again with the departure of singer Björn Geske in 2024. A planned late 2024 gig was summarily cancelled. The band returned in 2025 and was looking for a singer.
