History & Biography

Foetopsy is a US grindcore band which was formed in January of 2002. The band released a MCD called Dyspartum on Barbarian Records in 2002 and a 7" EP called Bizarre Gynecology in 2003 through Murder The World. The 7" featured five demo songs on Side B. In The Bathroom was a 2007 EP. The act disbanded. The last release saw guitarist Scott Zupet replacing Eric Fredrich.

FOETOPSY - BIZARRE GYNECOLOGY - MURDER THE WORLD
If Foetopsy were any more underground, the trio's heads would be sticking out of Mongolia right now. This is only a 7" EP, but the band has crammed no less than eleven songs onto it. That in itself should give an indication of the band's Agathocles-meets-Haemorrhage-meets-CUM-meets-Fuck The Facts sound. The band's music is cruel and grinding beyond belief and the vocals akin to the torturing of ghouls. Furthermore, this was recorded "in our rehearsal space using a 4-track, 4 channel mixer and 3 $8 mics." Yet, if that fails to satisfy, surely song titles like I Knew It Had Something To Do With Interest In Vaginas, Umbilical Cord Bungee Baby and My Balls Replaced With Eyeballs are surely worth the money.
