History & Biography
The band existed between 1992 and 1998 and then the obligatory return in 2002 for a year. The demos were Ancient Tombs and Defect Dimension Of Souls in 1992 and 1993. A 1998 demo was called Too Cold For Life. These death metal Danes should not be confused with the Dutch band with the same name with whom they were in conflict. The Danes ended up partly in Panzerchrist as a result and took some of the material intended for a second record with them. Peter Autzen had replaced drummer Thomas Møller and Reno Kiilerich towards the end. Reno was also in Panzerchrist. With no fanfare, and even less publicity, Emanzipation released a full-length called The Lost Tapes in 2024. The compilation came with older songs and a cover version.
