History & Biography
Where else but Washington DC, the capital of USA, would a band called Genocide Pact be from? A demo was released in 2013. Maolkul Records put it on a 7” single. The group signed a deal and issued its debut through A389 Recordings in June 2015. The band’s next album was on Relapse although it was recorded before the band joined the label. The band, Dying Fetus, Incantation and Gatecreeper toured North America. Soyer joined the band in 2018.

Genocide Pact had an eponymous full-length through Relapse Records in late 2021. “This album reflects on the feeling of watching the world crumble while dealing with personal tragedy,” according to the band. Yet, Demir Soyer departed in 2022. The band played a 10th anniversary concert in Washington DC in November 2023. Abysmal Lord was to open. The band was booked at its first overseas concert at Reality Unfolds in London, England to kick off 2024. The band, Triac and Backslider were in Japan in 2025. The band announced a gig with Darkness Everywhere and Form Decay in California for late 2025. That year ended with a Washington DC with Deliriant Nerve, Backlash and Inversion (replacing Seclusion that had dropped out).

Disciples Of Christ is a grindcore band.
