History & Biography
The band was founded in 2012. There was a self-titled 2012 demo. Two years after the release of the debut full-length demo, Cern Sol, Romania-based black metal band Genune announced the follow-up material, a second full-length album entitled Inert & Unerring, which was scheduled to be released in the spring 2021 through Loud Rage Music. Astrophelium joined on drums. Victor Neicutescu joined on lead vocals. Infinite Presence was the 2025 album. Victor Neicutescu mixed and mastered it. Genune, Gerrar and Mauna Sol had a 2026 gig.

The band’s monicker means ‘chasm’ in Romanian.
