History & Biography
The act was founded as a solo project by Anders Härén in 2009. A line-up of former My Own Grave members, with the addition of singer Johan Jansson of Demonical and Centinex, was assembled for the Coffinborn demo of 2012 and Anders focused on the guitar. The demo copied Deranged, Marduk and many others and covered Rolling Stone's Paint It Black. Metal Fortress issued a single for the band in 2013. It was called Eaten Alive. The song appeared on the 2014 debut full-length. Rogga Johansson (Paganizer) had introduced the band to Vic Records. Beyond The Veil Of The Flesh was mixed and mastered by Dan Swanö at Unisound Studio. Gluttony and fellow Swedes Sordid Flesh had a split release in 2016. The line-up was stable for Cult Of The Unborn. It told the story of The Casket Master. The group was billed at House Of Metal Festival in 2017. A proposed tour with Mob-47 and Crawl was cancelled owing to the pandemic. Drogulus was a 2023 demo and furthered the stability, aside from the lack of a label. The act had veered into Lovecraft territory. Gluttony, Neophobic and Germany-based Downfall toured Europe in 2024. The band was booked for Summoning Of Darkness Festival in 2025.

Sweden-based Gluttony had an album called Eulogy To Blasphemy through F.D.A. Records in March 2026. It was recorded at Studio Blastbeat. The band set up a mini-tour of Europe for May of 2026.
