History & Biography
The incendiary Finns founded the act in 2017 and proclaimed it through the Time To Burn demo in 2018. Time To Kill and Obliteration released the act’s album the year after. The album was a concept about the climate crisis. A further demo was Danger from 2022.

Goatburner released an album called Fatal through Time To Kill Records in October 2023. The act featured Keijo Niinimaa (Rotten Sound, Morbid Evils and Age Of Woe) and Jaakko Forsman (Ratface and Skulmagot). Death Crusade and the band toured in 2024. The duo played at Lahti Metal BBQ 2024 and planned to open for France-based Warfuck in Germany later. Goatburner released Time Of Danger through Time To Kill Records in October of 2026. Originally released across two separate demos, Time Of Danger compiled 2022's Danger demo and the 2018 Time To Burn demo. Goatburner and Brazil-based "experimental grindcore" outfit Test formed a collaboration called Goatest in 2026, which release its self-titled debut album through Time To Kill Records on September 23rd, 2026. Goatest featured Keijo “Kaos” Niinimaa, best known as the vocalist of Rotten Sound and Jaakko “Spider” Forsman of Ratface, alongside Thiago “Barata” and João Kombi of Test. Napalm Death, Master, Brat and Goatburner were to undertake the second round of the Campaign For Musical Destruction European tour in November and December of 2026.
