History & Biography

In late summer of 2015 Vancouver-based Test Your Metal Records signed Canada’s Gomorrah. The death metal band would be releasing its yet-to-be-titled second full-length on the label in 2016 to follow up the independently released 2013 debut demo Perception. A 2011 demo was called Rome. The album was titled The Haruspex and featured ten tracks. Its release date was January 15, 2016. Casey Long-Read had joined in 2015. Canada-based Gomorrah’s Gomorrah was out through Willowtip Records on the 9th of August. The band became dormant.

The act was formed in 2006 in Kelowna. Cryptopsy was called Gomorrah once. Then again, dozens of bands with the monicker had existed.
