History & Biography

Brothers Lance Harrison and Steve Harrison would depart Hirax in 2022 and reappear in 2024 with a new San Diego-based thrash metal band called Harxson (cheekily pronounced 'hair-ex-son'). Hirax alum, drummer Mike Vega (who also had left in 2022), would be on HarXson's demo that was recorded in 2025, Can’t Kill Us. No Life Til Metal Records released Can't Kill Us, the debut album on January 30th 2026. The EP was recorded and mixed by Bill Metoyer and had cover artwork by Ed Repka.
