History & Biography The deathgore band was founded in Greece in 2005, threw in the towel in 2011. Naturally, the act resurfaced in 2013, albeit with a new internationally-minded line-up before disbanding in 2017.
Promo 2005 was the band’s 2006 demo. The demo tracks appeared on the band’s debut album, Torture Of Decimation. The record was issued by Spain’s Pathologically Explicit Recordings. The album was dedicated to Dimebag of Pantera. The gang was booked for Switzerland’s Mountains Of Death Festival and UK’s Gekfest 2008. The same line-up recruited a second album for the same label. Homo Iratus recruited a new singer, Alex of Human Rejection in 2010. Human Rejection was booked for 2010’s Death Feast Open Air. The group uploaded a song called New World Prison in 2012. It was meant for a third record (tentatively entitled The Structure Of Mankind or The Apocalypse Of Hate) that was not to be after all. The band uploaded it posthumously. Siege Of Amida had offered the band a three-record deal.
The second iteration’s line-up included guitarist Jim Ross of USA who was, among others, in Bandwhore, so named presumably because he was in as many bands as there were hillbillies in Florida. Ditto bassist Michael Poggione and drummer Dani Sandvoss with the latter being based in Germany. Alex closed shop again in 2017.
