History
I Napoleon was formed as Little Napoleon in 1990 and was a commercial hard rock band which was surprising given Steve's background in Witchkiller. Steve had moved to Los Angeles from his native Canada in order to form a band. Apparently, the man had secured a deal even without a band. Canadian guitarist John Dillabough played on the record as well, but left prior to release. He would later surface in Canada teaching guitar. The LP was produced by Godfrey Diamond (Lou Reed, Billy Squier, etc.), featured a cover version of Luba and was a commercial failure.

The band appeared on American TV on a late now show called Into The Night Starring Rick Dees.
