History & Biography
The band existed between 2006 and 2009, disbanded and inevitably returned in 2010. A 2007 demo was named Divinity In War. This was followed by The End Of An Era demo of 2009. Nashville-based technical death metal group Inferi had a new album called Revenant in 2018. Sam Schneider left in 2018. The album was released on April 21st (Record Store Day) through The Artisan Era. The End Of An Era | Rebirth of 2019 was one of those self-cover version albums re-recording the earlier demo with new members.

Of Sunless Realms was a 2020 EP. Vile Genesis came in late 2021. New Season Of Mist signees Wormhole had a North American tour with Shadow Of Intent, Inferi and Enterprise Earth in 2022. The tour started on October 5th in Montreal, Canada and was to conclude on November 4 in Hartford, CT, USA. Mike Low left in 2023. Sanjay Kumar, who was already in other acts, joined this one as well. He had been playing with the band live. Deicide was embarking on a North American Banished By Sin Tour beginning September 5th 2024. Opening were Krisiun, Inferi and Cloak. Inferi was touring North America in May and June 2025. The Rags To Riffage - Part II tour also featured Vitriol, Greylotus and Demon King. Spencer Moore was out as of 2025. He had just (also) joined Archspire. The band recruited Nathan Bigelow for the Rags To Riffage 2 tour with Vitriol, Greylotus and Demon King. Revocation, Judiciary, Inferi and Vomit Forth announced a tour of Canada and the USA for the autumn of 2025. Cryptopsy joined the anniversary trend and was booked for a tour of Europe in 2026. It was marking the 30th anniversary of an album called None So Vile. 200 Stab Wounds, Inferi and Corpse Pile were opening.
