History & Biography
A death/grind band from Lisbon the capital of Portugal, Innards was founded in 2016. Hugo, the founder, and Rolando had shared several bands in the past, although the latter does the rounds as a project member. An EP, called Back From The Grave, Straight In Your Face!!, arrived through Transcending Obscurity in 2020. Kam Lee contributed guest vocals and Frank Blackfire contributed guitar.

Portugal-based Innards signed with Memento Mori in September 2022 for the release of its debut full-length in 2023. The band was booked for Hammer Smashed Fest III in Lisbon in 2022.
