History & Biography One of three bands out of Hamburg going by the Iron Age name, this heavy metal band was founded in Elmshorn, in the Hamburg area, in 1990. A self-titled demo was released in 1993. Second Demonsteration was released in 1994. Crossroads Records released an EP for the band, called Concussion Of The Brain in 1995. The band recorded a full-length in 1996, mixed it in 1998 and never had Crossroad release it. The album's name was to be Eternal Life - Eternal Pain. Jan Eichelbaum left due to musical differences and the album was left unreleased and the act disbanded.
Concussion Of The Brain was reissued by Golden Core in 2026, which tagged the full-length as a bonus giving it an eventual release.
Drummer Ines Baum managed the band. The group's name was taken from Mother's Finest 1981 album.
