History & Biography
Jingo De Lunch was formed in Berlin by a number of former punk musicians, including Canadian Duckworth, in 1987. The crossover band soon recorded a MLP called Cursed Earth for the Bronzen label, which lead to a deal with the We Bite Label. The band kept up its diverse approach, but was criticized for signing with a major label in 1990 and abandoning most of its hardcore elements. The band was eventually dropped and Schwoll moved on to other bands. A demo was issued and shows were played but the band would soon give up.
The band announced it would play a one-off reunion show on August 25th, 2006 in Berlin at the White Trash Fast Food.
