History & Biography
Texas-based Judiciary is a crossover band that was founded in 2013. Demo '14 fit six tracks into fifteen minutes. The Axis Of Equality was the 2016 demo. Judiciary and Canada-based Mortality Rate shared a split release in 2017. At this juncture, three members served in the short-lived death metal project Terror Chamber. Surface Noise was the band's first album. The band was on the road with Exhumed, Gatecreeper and Necrot. Touring with Frozen Soul and 200 Stab Wounds ensued next. Several Fuming Mouth European concerts were with The Acacia Strain and Judiciary in 2024. Revocation, Judiciary, Inferi and Vomit Forth announced a tour of Canada and the USA for autumn of 2025. Judiciary had a music video for the song Death Knell, which was taken from the Stalagmite Angels EP in 2026. The EP was available through Closed Casket Activities. The act cited the film The Descent as inspiration here. The band was booked to tour the USA with Killswitch Engage, Machine Head and Rivers Of Nihil and Europe with Guilt Trip.
