History & Biography
The band was founded following the demise of Black Sun Aeon in the spring of 2012 and released a demo simply called Kaunis Kuolematon. Members knew each other from H/L and other acts. Titles and lyrics were in Finnish. Heikkilä was also providing clean vocals. The group opened for Russia-based Psilocybe Larvae and was billed at Nummirock Metal and Dark River festivals in 2014. The act was again booked for Nummirock in 2017. Elämä Ei Tarvitse Minua was a 2019 demo. The band switched to Noble Demon for 2020's Syttyköön Toinen Aurinko. Mikko Heikkilä was also in Dawn Of Solace, which was on Noble Demon. Being Finnish, the band incorporated gothic and pop sounds quickly. Dark River booked the band again in 2022. Dark River and Nummirock booked the band in 2024.

Finland-based death doom metal band Kaunis Kuolematon had a record called Kun Valo Minussa Kuoli through Noble Demon on 28.11.2025.

The band utilised drummer Juuso Raatikainen for live work in 2024; otherwise, its line-up has been stable. Kaunis Kuolematon is Finnish for 'Beautiful Immortal.'
