History & Biography
Portugal-based black/death metal band Law Of Contagion had an album entitled Woeful Litanies From The Nether Realms through Moribund Records in 2020. The solo act of Ishkur was founded in 2019. Oecumenical Rites For The Antichrist was a mouthful follow-up in 2022. A full line-up was assembled in 2022 for shows and became official in 2023. It included Carlos (E.A.K. and MindSnare) on guitar, Zé Pedro (Holocausto Canibal and Dementia 13) on bass and drummer Rúben Silva (Vøidwomb). The group toured in late winter of 2024. Profanação Lusitana was a 2025 split release with Decayed and Sardonic Witchery. The band and Sardonic Witchery played together in 2025.
