History & Biography

Horror Pain Gore Death Productions was releasing Lethwei's debut Album Lethwei Vol. 1 in late 2025. Lethwei was a new grindcore side-project from Matti Güey (Formless Master, Rottenness, Defigurement, etc.), Ben Anft (Noisem, Castle Freak, Muscipula, etc.) and Jm Cave (Dwelling Below and Occulsed). Lethwei Vol. 1 was themed around martial arts (specifically Lethwei, a form of muay Thai where fighters can take substances to be revived if they are knocked unconscious). The band was another temporary act given the propensity of the membership to conjure daily names.
