History & Biography
The band was founded in the Alps’ region of Southern France in 2014, but went on hiatus in 2016. David Ordure was on bass initially. Still, a demo called Spontaneous Liquefaction was pushed out with singer Cédric Giordani. The group established its affinity for horror movies here. Gastric Luke switched to guitar upon the group’s return. An album was recorded in 2019 as the band returned in 2018. Nightmare’s drummer Niels Quiais joined at this juncture. Luc’s brother and band-mate had exited. Chair Liquide was issued in 2020.

Time To Kill Records signed France-based death metal band Liquid Flesh in the spring of 2023. The band was putting the finishing touches to Dolores, its third album, which was also released in 2023. The concept album was recorded in 2022. The group was also heard on the We Are French, Fvck You compilation. Fossilization and Altars were touring Europe and Liquid Flesh grabbed an opening slot for a concert. Niels Quiais was out at the beginning of 2024. His replacement was called Acid Bapt. The band had several concerts lined up for 2024 including in places like Grenoble and Lyon opening for Mercyless at the latter. The scene was in the midst of anniversary fever and the group released an EP, called Vestiges Abrutissants, on the 10th anniversary of its formation. The EP was due out on December 13th 2024. The band also recalled how its original motto was "Unchallenging music for drunk musicians.” The group claimed to remain true to its original thoughts that "The members were tired of the long rehearsals and tedious composition sessions with their other bands, which made progress feel slow and monotonous. They wanted something raw, direct..."

Gastric Luke has been in charge of the recording, mastering and the artwork.
