History & Biography
The band was founded in 2016 and released a demo called The Warning Sessions in 2018. Drummer Angel had joined in 2017. 2021 brought a compilation of demo and other uploaded material. It was called The Gangland Tapes. Spain-based Löanshark signed with ROAR in 2024 to release a studio album, called No Sins To Confess, in February 2025. The album's cover was designed like a 1980s' film poster. A video for the song Electric Shocking Waves was available first. A video for Another Man In The Trunk followed.

Loanshark was the title for a song from the 1982 Restless Breed album by Riot.
