History & Biography The solo heavy act was founded in Frankfurt in 2012. Lucid Dreaming was the band of Elvenpath guitarist Till Oberbossel. The Chronicles Pt. I was released in 2013. The album title, guest musicians and the song Swords For Prydain indicated a concept based on 1960s' fantasy books The Chronicles Of Prydain. The man was influenced by acts like Avantsia to create his own metal operas. The story continued with The Chronicles Pt. II (featuring a Metallian Towers' serf on loan as a cover model and jumping to the series' fourth volume) and III. The man deployed a dozen guest members continuously. Till considered making the studio project also a live endeavour, but the pandemic put a stop to the thought.
The man announced working on two albums in 2021. Germany-based HM act Lucid Dreaming had a new song called Confederation, featuring Ralf Scheepers, Blaze Bayley, Alessio Perardi and Deon Van Heerden, in 2026. The song was taken from the upcoming El Puerto Records album Upon The Barricades, which was issued on July 10th, 2026.
