History & Biography
The band operated as Death Wish for two years before becoming Lycanthro in 2016. A self-titled demo was issued in 2017. Four Horsemen of The Apocalypse was a 2018 demo. Greece’s Alone Records distributed it. Ottawa, Canada-based power thrash quartet Lycanthro was to hit the road in April 2020 for dates across Central and Western Canada along with performing at that year’s Hyperspace Metal Festival in Vancouver. An album called Mark Of The Wolf was coming through Alone Records. It arrived a year late. Nathan Suman vacated the drum position in 2019.

The group had a music video for the lead single for its 2021 album Mark Of The Wolf in 2022. Remnant Of Rapture was the 2025 album. Guitarist Stout, drummer Summers and bassist Mayhew were new. Delbridge began also singing for Witchkiller. The act was booked for the Mile High Power Metal Fest in Colorado, USA for August 16th 2025. The band was booked for Hyperspace Metal Fest, alongside Sanctuary, Owlbear, Voidchaser, Witchkiller (featuring band members), Thorsguard and others, in Vancouver, Canada in 2026.
