History & Biography
Nikki Buzz formerly of Vendetta formed M80 around 1979. The band featured Don Costa who would be more famous for getting kicked out of Ozzy Osbourne’s band for being too out there. The band’s rhythm section would soon be replaced by former Samson/Rogue Male bassist Chris Aylmer and drummer Sam Mann. The debut album was reissued by Roadrunner with a new design. The band enlisted heavy metal as its weapon of choice. Retrospect issued a band sampler in 2007.
