History & Biography
Born in 1981 to spew and spread Christianity, this white metal quartet issued a self-titled demo in 1984. The band had changed its name from Axes and obtained a major deal for its debut. The band’s named alluded to the group’s home state of Massachusetts and disregarded the older and more established German Mass. Enigma issued the band’s Take You Home EP in 1988 prior to the band’s record for that label. Michael Sweet of Stryper produced Voices In The Night. Another long hiatus ensured before another album appeared two decades later with a new bassist.

The band had reportedly recorded an album under the Axes Monicker with Tom Allom of Judas Priest fame. Retrospect Records reissued the band’s early albums around 2007.
