History & Biography
The Padua-based doom band was formed in 2014 by Mark and Sara and quickly signed with Aural Music. “Jazzy” band Messa would issue the Feast For Water album through Aural Music on 06.04.2018. The group appeared on The Planet of Doom - First Contact compilation in 2018. Sara joined Bottomless. Close was on Svart Records. The band's music was called "atmospheric Mediterranean" now. Nevertheless, Metal Blade signed the band in 2024. The band was touring Europe. Live At Roadburn was recorded in 2022.

Messa released a new full-length, called The Spin, through Metal Blade Records in April 2025. It featured "synth" and a trumpet.

The band claimed to play doom metal, but the evidence suggests otherwise.
