History & Biography
Berlin-based Mind Odyssey is really known for Victor Smolski of Rage’s participation. Le Molle, Uhden and other former Merlin colleagues formed the group. The band has been an underground act mainly confined to Germany since 1993 drifting from minor label to label. Initially, however, the group had garnered Japanese attention. Hermann Frank formerly of Accept produced Schizophenia. The band supported Vicious Rumors across Europe. During the band’s hibernation, Mo Entertainment issued a 2008 compilation disc called Best Of - 15 Years. Charly Czajkowski left the drum position after a year of participation and was replaced on drums - now doing double duty - by Uhden. The band now opened for Rage. The band promised a 2011 album in 2010, but nothing transpired.
