History & Biography News of the band came in 2015 when the band of former Carcass guitarist Carlo Regadas and former Devoid singer Tony Glover, replaced drummer Ian Treacy (formerly of Benediction, Meathook Seed, etc.) with Nicholas Barker. Transcending Records signed Monstrance, the new band led by Carlo Regadas former guitarist of the Swansong era Carcass, in early 2018. This group was to record the Injustice For All EP for Cosmic Key Creations. Monstrance’s first live performance will be on the 20th May at the Eradication Festival in Cardiff, with Wombbath, Hecate Enthroned, Mercyless and others. The band also featured Steven Hargraves – rhythm guitar (Ballpein), Rich Mumford – bass (Godthrymm/ex-Malediction), Rik Simpson – vocals (Austerymn) and Dan Mullins – Drums (Blasphemer/ex-My Dying Bride/ex–Bal-Sagoth).
