History & Biography
The band was founded in 2009 and by 2010 has a demo called Mors Immortalis. Colin Tarvin was the sole member. Demo 2012 added members. Things went quiet until the 2018 album. This one showed concessions to trends and featured violins. Drummer Gailey owned Carbonized. The band issued several split records.

The band showed its progressive colours by coming out in support of Black Lives Matter in 2020 and further was fundraising for cultural and racial diversity. Death cover band Left To Die was touring the USA in the summer of 2022. Openers were Skeletal Remains and Mortuous. Full of Hell, Blood Incantation, Vermin Womb, and God Is War were touring with the band next. Alex Miletich of Vile Rites had joined Mortuous on Lead Guitar. Ria Wallace of Cartilage was helping out for a few concerts prior to that.
