History & Biography The band was stitched together as early as 2013, but it was only in 2019 that the Biography Of Madness demo was hurled at the masses. Singer Ken Hays had already moved to Fall Of Olympus. The act opened for Mac Sabbath and Okilly Dokilly. Heavier was possibly heavier and a new demo in 2021. The Florida, USA-based band affiliated itself with horror themes, but began wearing horror costumes with a halloween 2022 gig.
The band appeared at the Milwaukee Metal Fest. Horror metal band MRSA had a video for the song Crystal Lake (a self-cover version from the band’s demo), which was taken from the forthcoming album Horrifier, which would be through CDN Records later in 2024. Crystal Lake referred to the same in the Friday The 13th series. The band appeared at Slam Dakota. In the meantime, Ari Lehman who was the first to portray a young Jason Vorhees in the original 1980 Friday The 13th had a band called First Jason Official and MRSA and Snake Healer were opening for it in Florida. The band was also booked to open for Massacre.
In medicine, MRSA stands for methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus, which is a drug resistant family of bacteria. Masticator is a gore metal band. Murder Suicide featured Jason Blackowitz of Malevolent Creation.
