History & Biography Horror Pain Gore Death Productions was releasing Destiny, the debut album from Memphis, Tennessee, USA-based hardcore and sludge metal band Mudshow in 2024. The band had activated in 2023. Destiny was a concept record telling the story of Matt Tremont’s feuds with Atsushi Onita and Rickey Shane Page. It was inspired by A Season In Hell by 19th-Century French poet Arthur Rimbaud. The band played locally to end 2024. The group incorporated rapping.
Horror Pain Gore Death Productions was next releasing USA-based Mudshow’s Villain single. It was a tribute to one of the pioneers of joshi wrestling and the subject of a Netflix series, Queen Of Villains, The Mighty Dump Matsumoto. All proceeds went to wrestler Jeff Cannonball, who was diagnosed with ALS, through the end of October 2025.
