History & Biography
The band was founded in Helsinki, Finland in 2020 and had an EP called Detonation through WormHoleDeath in 2021. The members were veterans of the scene who knew one another from other bands and, therefore, hauled older material with them into the new band. Bassist Eero Nykänen joined in 2022.

Insisting on playing and calling its style “metal thrashing death’n’roll,” Finland-based Mutant Blast had an album called Soulsteeler through Rockshots Records in 2024. There was a lyric video for the song Alone In The Wastelan.
