History & Biography
This Stuttgart-based band issued one album through The Company before disbanding. Members had collaborated in other transient acts. The album sported a futuristic cover artwork and was described as progressive thrash metal by a portion of the press despite the lack of thrashiness. At one point the band featured Francis Soto of Wicked Sensation. The band members with pseudonyms were on The Record Company, which was a former Noise Records’ employee whose band included Dirty Strangers and Helpless. The respective members’ identities were only revealed years later.

Mystery was re-issued by ZYX Music in 2022 inclusive of liner notes by the singer as the sole living member. Golden Core included the LP as part of a five-album vinyl rerelease alongside records by Cutty Sark, Death Warrant, etc., called 80s German Metal Vinyl Box, in 2024.
